She is said to reside in the dark and mysterious moors, usually depicted as a barren and desolate landscape. According to the tales, the Witch of the Moors holds great powers and possesses deep knowledge of ancient magic and sorcery. She is often portrayed as an old woman with wild hair and a tattered cloak, carrying a staff or wand. Sometimes she is depicted as being accompanied by a familiar, such as a crow or a black cat.

Even when triggering the curses from any source, they are still considered your curses, so you have to increase the maximum number of curses that you can apply on another character. Hexproof enemies are a problem because they are only affected by the curse used to trigger the curses socketed in Vixen s Entrapment and once I do kill any enemy, Hexproof or not, I don t get 40 extra Chaos damage for my five curses on the enemy, but only 8 for the curse used to trigger the other ones.

Reviews for "The Witch of the Moors: From Fear to Fascination"

1. John - 2/5 stars
I found "Witch of the Moors" to be quite disappointing. While the concept of a witch living in the moors sounded intriguing, the execution fell flat for me. The pacing was extremely slow, making it hard for me to stay engaged with the story. The characters also lacked depth, making it hard to connect with or care about their fates. Overall, I felt like the potential of the premise was wasted, and I would not recommend this book to others.
2. Sarah - 3/5 stars
I had high hopes for "Witch of the Moors", but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. While the atmospheric descriptions of the moors were beautifully written, the plot itself was lacking. The story seemed to meander aimlessly without clear direction, which left me feeling unsatisfied. Additionally, the main character's motivations and choices didn't always make sense to me, making it hard to fully invest in her journey. While the book had its moments, I ultimately found it underwhelming.
3. Ryan - 2/5 stars
I struggled to finish "Witch of the Moors". The writing style was overly flowery and descriptive, to the point where it felt like a chore to read. The story itself had potential, but it lacked depth and substance. The world-building felt underdeveloped, leaving me with more questions than answers. The romance subplot also felt forced and unnecessary. Overall, I was left feeling disappointed and would not recommend this book to others looking for a captivating witchy read.
