These locations can vary greatly depending on the story, but some common settings include deep forests, caves, and desolate lands. One of the most iconic settings for witches in fairy tales is a cottage in the woods. These cottages are usually situated in dense forests, far away from human civilization.
The MAGIC and Coterie trade shows returned to New York’s Jacob K. Javits Center from Sept. 18 to 20. Across both shows, emerging labels and new exhibitors debuted new collections across ready-to-wear, footwear, and accessories for spring 2023. Here, WWD highlights seven contemporary women’s RTW and accessories brands from the New York Coterie and MAGIC shows.
18-20 showcase at the Javits Center in New York City featured a variety of pumps, boots, and sandals that correlated with a general return to live events and the workplace. The exhibitors will come from different sections of fashion industry and will mainly comprise of manufacturers of casual clothing lines, dress materials, leather goods fur garments and accessories.
These cottages are usually situated in dense forests, far away from human civilization. They are often depicted as dilapidated and eerie, with overgrown plants and surrounded by a magical aura. Witches often reside in these cottages, living in solitude and away from the prying eyes of others.

1. Sarah - 2/5 stars - I was really excited to read "Where do witches live in fairy tales" as I love anything related to fairy tales and witches. However, I found the book to be quite disappointing. The story was predictable and lacked any real depth or originality. The characters were one-dimensional and I couldn't connect with any of them. The writing style also left much to be desired. Overall, I felt like I wasted my time reading this book and would not recommend it to others.
2. John - 1/5 stars - "Where do witches live in fairy tales" was a complete letdown for me. The storyline was confusing and all over the place, making it hard to follow along and stay engaged. The characters were poorly developed and lacked any substance. I found myself constantly questioning their motivations and actions. Additionally, the writing style was overly simplistic and lacked creativity. I was hoping for a captivating and thrilling read, but this book fell flat in every aspect. I would not recommend it to anyone.
3. Emily - 3/5 stars - While "Where do witches live in fairy tales" had an interesting concept, I feel like it didn't fully deliver. The pacing of the story was slow, and it took a long time for anything exciting to happen. The characters were somewhat intriguing, but I didn't feel a strong connection to any of them. The writing style was average, with some moments of beautiful descriptions, but overall, it lacked a certain spark. I think this book has potential, but it fell short of my expectations.
