There was orginally a bridge at this point: �They said �Don�t play with fire,/Once burned, twice shy,�/But now I�ve played with fire/And all I want to do is fry� but Malvina was asked to change it when the song was used in a beach movie. She substituted "Money�s dandy and we like to use it. " and the song was copyrighted that way. Judy Fjell sings �Money�s dandy if you like to use it. � one of the few changes to Malvina�s songs, other than updating sexist language, that improves on the original. But then, the original Judy was working from wasn�t the original thought, but a rewrite for somebody else�s requirements.
