A Journey into the Imagination with Dan Rhodes

By admin

Dan Rhodes is an author who possesses the remarkable ability to weave enchanting spells through his storytelling. Each of his novels is a testament to his unique and captivating writing style, which effortlessly draws readers into his whimsical worlds. Rhodes's prose is characterized by its simplicity, yet it possesses a deep and profound charm that is impossible to resist. His novels are often described as both humorous and melancholic, a delicate balance that Rhodes manages to achieve with finesse. One of the most striking features of Rhodes's work is his ability to create believable and relatable characters. Whether it's a jilted lover seeking solace in a small village or a man who falls in love with a mermaid, Rhodes's characters are always deeply human, flawed yet endearing.

What's more, you'll also learn additional and alternative sequences to correlate with the original routine to further demonstrate your abilities. Your audience will witness magic in its purest just inches from their awing eyes. The pins link and unlink in slow motion, in mid-air, even within the spectator's very own hand! But here's the best part, with Dreamweaver you'll ALWAYS be ready to perform. Whenever someone requests that you "do a trick," you'll have a multi-phase professional routine awaiting in your wallet. If you are looking for real world magic that you can carry with you at all times, enter the Dreamweaver.

This is not a trick--this is a professional 9-phase routine that builds in each sequence, produces a greater audience response through each phase, and ends with a complete examination of each pin. Utilizing objects as simple and ordinary as safety pins, your audience will experience one of the most visual, straightforward, and convincing joining of two objects in magic.

Update Tales of Enchantment: The Art of Magic

Just a note, that the Limited 100 Signed and Numbered Edition of “Tales of Enchantment” has completely sold out. The paperbound version is, and will remain available. There have been enough requests that the publisher is designing a non-limited non-exclusive hardcover that would not be signed or numbered and would have a different cover appearance.

The book is crammed full (270 pages) of stories, tales, legends, presentations, and solid advice to make the telling of stories in you act stronger and more magical, as well as proven theories on how to create better original material for yourself.

I’ve not seen a bad review on the book anywhere which is great, and several of the review comments will be on the book’s website soon. The first few pages of the book (Robert Neale’s and Kostya Kimlat’s foreword and Introduction are there and the table of contents.)

I hear there will be a special “free-bee” for those who are on the Leaping Lizards newsletter list soon, so you may want to sign up for their email.

The price is still the same as of today, and I’m always available to answer specific questions. Last month I was invited to do a Workshop based on the book at Magic, Inc. in Chicago, the material was well received and a book signing after the event was very gratifying as quite a few were purchased and now being read and used in the Midwest. The book is available in Europe and Asia as well as here in the U.S.

That’s the update thanks for reading!
May all your stories be magical and entertaining.

I love "Tales of Enchantment." As I've stated elsewhere on this forum, it really made the light go on for me, and literally saved my interest in magic. Got me to take a series of good "tricks" and create a fully scripted program that is so much better I can hardly believe it! (Now that's real MAGIC.) Got me polishing and rehearsing my script to where I can practically do it in my sleep. Even got me reading books on acting to strengthen the "apprentice wizard" character and role I'm creating. Can't say enough good things about Walt's book. Thank you for making it available.

Magically yours,

I totally agree! I have spouted about this book in numerous threads and topics. Is magic becoming dull, and is spectator interest dying out for your magic? This book is the CURE!

Here is a brand new review of my book that is selling after four years! Thank you Matt.

BOOK REVIEW 05-11-2015:
“Tales of Enchantment: The Art of Magic” by Walt Anthony

I have been long in waiting to get this book. Through a series of mostly fortunate, but partially unfortunate, events I acquired a copy of this amazing tome. First and foremost This is a real magic book. If you have hesitated hemmed and hawed or just plain forgotten about this book. It is time to take action and get a copy.

There is a deep passion for amazement and mystery being shared in these pages. Walt is very passionate about magic and all the arts it entails. Walt challenges us to rethink our magic. But he doesn't challenge us without handing us tools to grow in our magical arts.

Walt tells us amazing tales of wonder while keeping his heart and the work at the forefront. Anyone who has an interest in creating deep impactful magic, making real magic, or standing apart from his or her peers in the magic world.

Should find many doorways open to new creative worlds while engaging with the pages of this tome. I for one, if I had only one book in my possession to captivate my imagination and reinvent my entire act it would be this book. The amount of passion that went in to this book becomes extremely obvious.

Walt's encouragement to all is to elevate yourself to that of a real magician. With this book and the challenges it presents you will find much of use in this book. It you want to perform tricks look else where. If you want to create real magic/art then get your hands on this book.

I’m so honored by yesterday’s Facebook quote by a magician who just purchased the book! Thanks so much Spike!
Magically, Walt

This is one of the most important books in my collection. It looks at who you are, persona, the stories and ambiance. This book illustrates a world beyond 'here is a trick and here is another trick. Opening up new worlds to be imagined, and making what you do more meaningful to those who attend your presentations. This is part of the path to the top, and should be required reading and in the library of every Magician, nay Conjurer.. because when you get done reading this your dreams will expand exponentially and so will your Magic. Thank you Walt Anthony.
