The art is excellent and the premise is enough to draw one in. and then, nothing. The setting is explored very haphazardly, the central conflict is relegated to one or two chapters and left basically unexplained, and the conclusion is hackneyed.

I'm all for happy endings, which this manga appears to have, but it'd be nice for them to be earned. Theo and Marie survived 'til the end, basically, since the conflict was so threadbare as to practically be missing.

I recall being interested in the manga due to the unique cover and the art itself is really beautiful and original. The overall story reminds me of Magnus Bride but I like how the witch was the teacher this time around and it's set in modern Europe too.

The downside eh, I admit I ended up reading it all in one go but I still felt confused by the story near the middle. There are just too many side characters and I kinda felt that the magical system wasn't really explained well to the readers. I ended up following the manga-ka on social media so I hope her new works are better.

Supreme rine of holding

This gives magicians the ability to store spells and abilities, allowing them to be used when needed, even in situations where they may not have immediate access to a source of magic. The Supreme Rine of Holding is also said to possess the ability to amplify magical energy. When a spell or ability stored within the ring is released, it is said to be significantly more potent than if it were cast without the aid of the ring. This makes the ring an incredibly powerful tool for any magician who possesses it. However, acquiring the Supreme Rine of Holding is no easy task. It is said to be guarded by powerful magical creatures and hidden away in remote and treacherous locations. Many who have sought after it have met their demise in the pursuit of obtaining this powerful artifact. Overall, the Supreme Rine of Holding is a highly coveted and powerful magical artifact that grants its wearer the ability to store and utilize magical energy with ease. Its ability to amplify magical energy makes it a truly formidable tool for any magician fortunate enough to possess it but acquiring it is a perilous task that requires tremendous skill, bravery, and determination..

I was really disappointed with "Supreme rine of holding". The plot was all over the place and it was hard to follow what was happening. I absolutely hated "Supreme rine of holding". The writing was dull and uninspiring. The dialogue felt forced and unnatural, and the descriptions were repetitive and boring. The pacing was incredibly slow, and I kept waiting for something interesting to happen, but it never did. I struggled to finish this book and would not recommend it to anyone.

I wanted to like "Supreme rine of holding", but I just couldn't get into it. The storyline had so much potential, but it fell flat. The author's writing style was confusing and hard to follow, and the characters lacked depth and authenticity. The overall execution was disappointing, and I felt like I wasted my time reading this book. I wouldn't recommend it to others who are looking for an engaging and well-crafted fantasy novel.
