1. John - 2 stars - I had a really terrible experience at Shining Magic Car Wash. First of all, their prices are way too high for what they offer. The quality of the car wash was subpar, and my car still had dirt and grime on it after they claimed it was clean. Not to mention, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in rushing through my car wash than actually providing a thorough service. I definitely won't be going back.
2. Sarah - 1 star - I cannot express how disappointed I am with the service at Shining Magic Car Wash. The car wash itself was not effective at all. My car came out looking just as dirty as it went in, if not worse. The attendant I spoke to was dismissive and unapologetic when I pointed out the issue. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. I would not recommend wasting your money here.
3. Mike - 2 stars - Shining Magic Car Wash really let me down. The wait time was incredibly long, even though there were only a few cars ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, I was rushed through the process, and my car was barely clean. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. It's a shame because I had heard decent things about this place, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I'll be taking my car elsewhere in the future.
