Is kayaking with alligators safe?
The short answer is yes! Alligators are a much calmer version than their cousins the crocodile. Generally, alligators have a docile nature. Because they are cold-blooded they spend most of the day either cooling off in the water or sunbathing on the bank. Most of their feeding and activity is done at night. Many boat tours in New Orleans feed alligators to ensure guests will be able to see them every day. When alligators are not fed by humans they have a natural fear of humans, as we have hunted them for centuries. It is illegal to feed alligators in the nature preserve that we kayak in, so the alligators you see on our trips will not approach your kayak and have no interest in you at all. Many times we will take pictures of them from a safe distance and it adds to the wildlife experience of the tour!

Reviews for "Adding Magic to Your Seafood Recipes: Exploring Paul Prudhomme's Seasoning"

1. Emily - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with the Paul Prudhomme Seafood Magic seasoning. I had heard so many great things about it, but when I tried it on my shrimp, it just tasted really bland. The seasoning didn't add any depth or flavor to the dish. I even tried using more of it, but it still didn't make a difference. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or if this is just an overhyped product, but I won't be purchasing it again.
2. Mark - 1/5 stars - I cannot understand the hype around Paul Prudhomme Seafood Magic. I used it on my fish fillets and it completely ruined the dish. The seasoning was way too salty and overpowering. It masked the natural flavors of the fish and left an unpleasant aftertaste. I tried using less seasoning the second time around, but it still didn't improve the taste. I would not recommend this product to anyone who enjoys the true flavors of seafood.
3. Jessica - 2/5 stars - I had high hopes for the Paul Prudhomme Seafood Magic based on the positive reviews I read, but it was a disappointment. The seasoning had a strange combination of flavors that didn't complement the seafood at all. It had an overwhelming taste of cayenne pepper and lacked balance. The seasoning also had a gritty texture, which was off-putting. I tried using it on different types of seafood, but I couldn't find a combination that worked. Unfortunately, this seasoning just didn't live up to the hype for me.
