Milton “Milt” Larsen, the co-founder of Hollywood’s iconic Magic Castle, died on Sunday. Larsen was 92 years old and died of natural causes, reports KTLA-5.
The 60-year-old Magic Castle still remains one of the most challenging venues to reserve a table. Not only is there a full dining room, but also various magic rooms where magicians perform tricks for visitors. It’s also one of the few LA spots with a strict dress code requiring formal dinner attire for women and suit jackets and ties for men.
Larsen and his brother Bill Larsen Jr. met Tom Glover, who owned the adjacent Yamashiro and the entire property, in 1961. The three transformed the hillside by adding the Magic Castle and the Academy of Magical Arts.

Fan screening for Eva Longoria’s film Flamin’ Hot
On Friday, June 2, LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes will host a fan screening for actress Eva Longoria’s feature film directorial debut Flamin’ Hot. She’ll be in attendance with the cast, and there will also be music and Flamin’ Hot Cheeto-encrusted dishes created by Tirzah’s Mexi-Terranean Grill. The outdoor screening at 501 North Main Street in DTLA is free to the public, and doors open at 6:00 p.m. The film debuts June 9 on Hulu.

I was really disappointed with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Toilet Scrubber. I had high hopes for it, considering how well the regular Magic Eraser works, but this product just didn't live up to my expectations. The scrubber itself was too flimsy and didn't have enough scrubbing power to effectively clean the toilet. It also didn't seem to have any kind of cleaning solution built into it, so I had to keep applying toilet cleaner separately. Overall, I found this product to be a waste of money and a disappointment.

I simply did not like the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Toilet Scrubber at all. The scrubber was not durable and started falling apart after just a few uses. It also didn't seem to clean as well as other toilet scrubbers I've used in the past. I had to scrub harder and for longer periods of time to get my toilet clean, and even then, it didn't fully remove stains or build-up. I was expecting a more effective and efficient product, but unfortunately, this one did not meet my expectations.

I wasn't impressed with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Toilet Scrubber. While it did a decent job of cleaning the surface of the toilet, it completely failed at tackling tough stains and grime. I had to put in a lot of effort, scrubbing vigorously, to try and get rid of the stains, but they just wouldn't budge. The scrubber itself also fell apart quite easily, and I had to replace it after just a couple of uses. Overall, I don't think this product is worth the money, especially if you have stubborn stains to deal with.
