You are not going to have a huge FP pool, and you are not going to spam your skill on everything that moves, however killing 2 trash mobs will already save you more FP than Carian Crest and you will find yourself being able to use your skill more often. On PVE it has a small gimmick feature where If you are able to kill a enemy with only one cast of discus of light you don t spend fp at all, since discus of light cost 3 fp points and this talisman gives 3 fp points aswell, other than that it doesnt feel extremely useful compared to all the other options other comenters have already stated here.
