"When i called to make appointment person was not happy with me bc i had to cancel previous appointment right when the covid 19 started and he was talking to me like i was a child i asked him not to talk to me like that. 1. Emily - 2/5 - I was really disappointed with Magic Tracks Fire Rescue. The quality of the tracks is poor and they easily break apart. The cars also don't work well on the tracks and often derail. The fire trucks themselves are very flimsy and the lights and sounds don't work half the time. Overall, this toy didn't live up to my expectations and I wouldn't recommend it.
2. Jason - 1/5 - Magic Tracks Fire Rescue was a complete waste of money. The tracks are difficult to assemble and don't stay together properly. The cars don't stay on the tracks and constantly go off course. Additionally, the battery life of the fire trucks is very short and they quickly lose their ability to make any sounds or light up. Save your money and find a better toy, this one is not worth it.
3. Sarah - 2/5 - I bought Magic Tracks Fire Rescue for my son, but he quickly lost interest in it. The tracks are flimsy and easily come apart, which frustrated both him and me. The fire trucks themselves don't have much play value and the lights and sounds are not engaging enough to keep his attention. It's a shame because the concept of this toy seemed promising, but the execution fell short. I would not recommend this toy for anyone looking for a fun and durable option.
