Clothing and shoes can be exchanged or returned for store credit if sent back by mail or brought back in store within 10 days of receiving. Accessories and sale items are final sale. All returns must be unworn with original tags attached and/or in original packaging with receipt in order to exchange or receive store credit.

I ended up having to layer it with another lip liner to get the desired pigmentation, which defeats the purpose of buying it in the first place. Overall, I was disappointed with this product.
