1. John - 2 stars - I attended a sports event where the Kraken mascot was performing and I have to say, I was not impressed. The whole concept of a giant sea monster with tentacles just didn't resonate with me as a sports mascot. The caresses it gave to fans in the stands were creepy as well, and it made me uncomfortable. I think they should reconsider their choice of mascot and come up with something more friendly and relatable.
2. Michelle - 1 star - The Kraken mascot caresses were absolutely bizarre and off-putting. I don't understand why they thought it would be a good idea to have a mascot that touches people in such a strange way. It made me and many others uncomfortable. Not to mention, the costume itself was poorly designed and the performer inside didn't seem to have much enthusiasm. Overall, a very strange and disappointing experience.
3. Robert - 2 stars - I didn't enjoy the Kraken mascot caresses at all. As a parent, I found it unsettling that the mascot would touch my child in such an intimate manner. I understand mascots are meant to interact with fans, but there are better ways to do it without making people uncomfortable. The whole concept of a monstrous creature touching fans was just not appealing to me. I hope they reconsider this approach and come up with something more family-friendly.
4. Sarah - 1 star - The Kraken mascot caresses were completely inappropriate. It is supposed to be a fun and engaging experience at a sporting event, but instead, it made me feel violated. I could see that many people around me felt the same way. I couldn't wait for the performance to end and get away from that uncomfortable situation. I hope they take the negative feedback into consideration and make changes to improve the experience for fans.
