1. Jane - 2/5 - I recently stayed at the Best Western Magic Mountain and was highly disappointed. The room was outdated and dirty, with stains on the carpet and an unpleasant musty smell. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat as pancakes. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with old fixtures and moldy grout. The staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about our concerns. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay.
