Throughout history, tales of witches and their dark arts have captured the imagination, inspiring countless stories and legends. One such tale is that of the berserk recollections of the witch. In ancient times, there lived a powerful witch known for her exceptional abilities and her ability to tap into the primal forces of nature. She was feared and revered, her name whispered in hushed tones across the land. Legends say that she possessed an otherworldly beauty, with long flowing hair that shimmered like moonlight and eyes that sparkled with secrets.

In this state, her powers would be magnified, and she would become a force to be reckoned with.

Descend the stairs of the cellar for this seated presentation beneath one of the most haunted inns in America (where it stays a comfortable 58 degrees for most of the year)! There, your period dressed guide will tell you the intriguing and long history of the Farnsworth House and the many spirits that reside within its walls. Decorated with an antique coffin, vintage photos, church pews and so much more. Who knows what ghostly apparitions you just might meet there, there have been many who have! You will notice a jar with coins that many have left for our child spirit, "Jeremy". Please know that these offerings will be sent as a donation yearly to St. Jude's Hospital.

See original Civil War medical instruments, get a peek inside the Surgeon's tent realistically set up and hear stories of the Surgeon's life (and the injured) as only "Doc" can tell them.
This is an outdoor presentation in our very own Camp Farnsworth! No other tour like it!

Head north along historic Baltimore St, passing houses and churches used by both Union and Confederate alike, and eventually used as Hospitals. Hear the haunting & gruesome truths/tales along the way as your guide describes the gory details of necessary amputations and horrors within the walls of Civil War Hospitals of Gettysburg. This tour includes access to the Haunted Cellar inside the Historic Farnsworth House (set up like a Victorian Viewing Parlor).

During your journey travel south along historic Baltimore Street, walk towards the Union position on Cemetery Hill (we do not go on NPS property). Hear stories of the hallowed battleground and view haunted town locations. Learn about our "Witness Trees", the fate of Jennie Wade (the only civilian killed during the battle), and the paranormal experiences associated with this area. Your tour will include stories of the Historic Farnsworth House, where it is believed the fatal shot that ended the life of Jennie Wade originated from. The tour includes access to the haunted cellar (set up like a Victorian Viewing Parlor).

Join us for a tour of one of the town's Civil War Era homes. Learn the history of the house and its importance during the Battle of Gettysburg! See the garret (attic) where the Confederate sharpshooters nested and the Main Dining Room which was used as a make-shift hospital after the battle.
Hear “Eyewitness Accounts” and testimonials from Battle along the bank of “Winebrenner Run”. One of the tales, “The Haunted Creek Bed” tells of the creek’s rather morbid roll in the battle. There are several tales about the Farnsworth House and its many supernatural inhabitants. This tour takes place outside in Camp Farnsworth.

Your guide will explore this theme with you, with no holds barred, in bone chilling, blood curdling detail, with nothing left to the imagination, as you walk through the village of Gettysburg. Other topics could include the Paranormal experience, Victorian death, Mourning, and burial practices, (or the lack of it), as well as the more “intimate” secrets/lives of the period and its consequences. By the conclusion of the tour, your guide should have you convinced that Gettysburg has definitely earned its moniker. The tour also includes a visit to the often-investigated cellar. Subject matter may or may not include all topics, or areas and can vary according to the storyteller.

It is said that during these times, she would retreat to the depths of the forest, seeking solace in the quiet embrace of nature. The berserk recollections of the witch serve as a testament to the strength and complexity of the human spirit. They remind us that even those with extraordinary abilities are not immune to the struggles and emotions that all people face. 1. Nick - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with "Berrserk recollections of the witch". The plot was all over the place and felt disjointed, making it hard to follow. The characters also lacked depth and development, leaving me feeling uninvested in their stories. Additionally, the writing style was overly descriptive without serving much purpose, which made the book feel longer than it needed to be. Overall, I wanted to enjoy this book but found it to be a letdown.
2. Emily - 1 star - I couldn't get through "Berrserk recollections of the witch". The pacing was incredibly slow, and the story failed to grip my attention. The characters felt flat and uninteresting, and I found it difficult to care about their struggles. The world-building was also lacking, leaving me confused about the setting and the rules of the magical system. I had high hopes for this book, but unfortunately, it fell short in every aspect for me.
