Are You a Hedge Witch or a Cosmic Witch? Discover Your Witch Type

By admin

Have you ever wondered which type of witch you are? Witchcraft is a diverse practice that allows individuals to tap into their own unique powers and abilities. Each witch has their own individual style, method, and focus within witchcraft. There are several different types of witches, all with their own specific beliefs and practices. Whether you're drawn to the elements, have a love for animals, or feel a strong connection to the spiritual realm, there's a witch type for everyone. One type of witch is the elemental witch. These witches have a deep connection with the elements: earth, air, fire, water, and spirit.

Why, if you were the spirits of the dead, you would join up with a bunch of fairies, cause a ton of mischief and party it up until darkness ran out.

You see, Persephone may have to go back to her mother but only for a few months out of the year and because of those fabulous seeds, he has the rights to do it. For once, the dark, forbidden, and ever-so-sexy-your-momma-warned-you-about-hottie Hades wins to my delight and plans ahead for all the family drama to come.

These witches have a deep connection with the elements: earth, air, fire, water, and spirit. They use these elements in their magic and rituals for balance and harmony. Elemental witches might have a particular affinity for one element, or they may incorporate all elements into their practice.

October 31-November 01: Samhain

Samhain (Sow-inn) is the word for November in Gaelic. Traditionally celebrated from October 31 to November 1, it’s one of the four Gaelic seasonal festivals. The others are Imbolc, Beltane and Lughnasadh. The Festival of Samhain celebrates the end of the harvest season. It takes place at the midpoint between the fall equinox and the winter solstice.

It begins the dark half of the year. The veil between the physical world and the spirit world is at its thinnest, allowing spirits to interact with the living. (This might also let in evil spirits though, so precautions were taken.)

It’s a time when the deceased are remembered and honored, the autumn harvest is reaped, and the preparation for winter begin. Samhain is also consider the The Celtic New Year.

Samhain Traditions and Customs:
  • Offerings were left outside villages to keep evil fairies away.
  • Carving turnips and placing a burning coal inside (now pumpkins and candles), to scare away evil spirits.
  • Feasting, drinking, playing games, pranking, and making noise.
  • At supper ancestors were invited to partake and cake is left out at night for them to eat.
  • Windows were left open to allow the spirits of the ancestors to enter.
  • Cattle were brought down to winter pastures and some were chosen for slaughter.
  • There were divination rituals around the fires.
  • Guising (trick-or-treating) was a part of Samhain from at least the 16th century.
Symbols of Samhain:
  • Herbs and flowers:
    • acorn, oak, apple, arborvitae, chrysanthemum, hazel, pumpkin, sage, thistle, and wormwood
    • apple, nutmeg, sage, and mint
    • yellow, orange, brown, and black
    • turquoise, sodalite, citrine, moonstones and hematite
    • pumpkins, apples, autumn leaves and flowers, winter squash, and photos and objects of deceased loved ones

Which type of witch are you

Another type of witch is the green witch. Green witches are deeply connected to nature and the earth. They often have a green thumb and enjoy working with plants, herbs, and natural remedies. Green witches use the energy of nature to bring about positive change and focus on healing both themselves and the environment. If you have a strong intuition and an interest in divination, you might be a witch of the spiritual realm. These witches use tools such as tarot cards, crystals, astrology, and meditation to tap into their psychic abilities. They are often highly intuitive and receive messages from the spiritual realm to guide their practice. Animal witches, on the other hand, have a deep connection and affinity for animals. These witches often work with animal spirits and guides, and they may incorporate animal symbolism and energies into their spells and rituals. Animal witches might have a particular animal that they feel drawn to or that represents their personal power. Lastly, there are kitchen witches who use their cooking and baking skills to infuse magic into their daily lives. These witches often create potions and spells using ingredients found in their kitchen. They might also have a special connection to ancestral and family traditions, passing down magical knowledge through generations. In conclusion, there are many types of witches, each with their own unique strengths and abilities. Whether you feel connected to the elements, nature, the spiritual realm, animals, or the kitchen, there is a witch type that suits you. Embrace your individual style and let your magic flow..

Reviews for "Tap into Your Witchy Potential: Identify Your Witch Type"

    - Sarah - 2 out of 5 stars - I was really disappointed with "Which type of witch are you". The questions were so generic and basic, it didn't feel like it was really capturing the essence of witchcraft. I was hoping for a more nuanced and detailed quiz that would help me explore different types of witchcraft, but this just felt like a surface-level overview. I wish there had been more depth and thought put into the quiz.
    - Michael - 1 out of 5 stars - "Which type of witch are you" was a complete waste of time for me. The questions were extremely stereotypical and didn't leave any room for personalization or individuality. As someone who is genuinely interested in witchcraft, I was expecting a quiz that would help me understand myself better and guide me towards a specific path. Unfortunately, this quiz fell short and missed the mark entirely.
    - Emily - 2 out of 5 stars - I found "Which type of witch are you" to be quite underwhelming. The questions were so vague and broad that it was impossible to get an accurate result. I wanted a quiz that would provide me with some insight and guidance, but all I got was a superficial and generic outcome. It felt like a missed opportunity to create something truly valuable and informative. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a quiz that can help you explore your witchcraft journey.
