Returns
Eligibility for a Return (Refund or Exchange)
Damaged items:
If an item arrives damaged, we will need photos showing the damage. If this is an expensive item, we may have to open a claim with the shipper and will need buyer cooperation (and keeping the item/box/packaging).
If there is no need for a claim, we will issue a prepaid return label to return the item. Once we get the item back, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns not due to damage:
- All items are eligible for a return for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- We do not accept items that have stickers on them or any changes/damages to original packaging.
- All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be the order number or the original invoice that came with the item. We can also use the e-mail or phone number associated with the order to locate it in our system.
- Please contact us immediately if a product has arrived damaged. We will contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim for you. Save all packaging materials, in addition to the product and shipping box, as the postal service may want to inspect the package.
