Ei partnered with Kristen s team to try something new an experiential program specifically designed for early-career professionals called Innovation Ignite. Now, thanks to the trust and ongoing collaboration of leadership, I m thrilled to share that the Design Summer course will become a core, required class of the new degree.

Last week’s response to our announcement was incredible. So many kind messages. Some of you chimed in and offered to help. Others of you have already set up calls to explore if/how we might support your teams. I feel really fortunate to be starting down this new path with Experience Institute — to be focused on helping teams add new doses of motivation, growth, and change in their workplaces — especially at such a tenuous time in history. At my core, I believe we can shine a light on the curiosity, passion, and creativity of individuals. I believe love and work can coexist. I believe growth and community need one another. And I believe rigor, performance, character, and care are deeply intertwined on teams that thrive. The next 18 months of helping companies and teams launch Leaps is going to be quite a ride. When you see these messages pop up, know they come from a place of deep care — for the leaders who are rethinking how the workplace works, for the people who take leaps big and small, and for the solutions that surface when each of us are engaged in our work. I can’t wait to share this journey with you here (and hopefully in-person someday soon). Rooting for each of you as you start this week. 1. Jack - 2 out of 5 stars - I didn't really enjoy "The world needs your magic" sweatshirt. The design was too plain and basic for my taste. I was expecting something more unique and eye-catching. Additionally, the material of the sweatshirt was not as soft and comfortable as I had hoped. Overall, I was disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend it to others.
2. Sarah - 1 out of 5 stars - I was really excited to receive my "The world needs your magic" sweatshirt, but it did not live up to my expectations. The sizing was completely off, and it ended up being too small for me. The quality of the print was also poor, as it started fading after just a couple of washes. It was a waste of money, and I regret purchasing it.
3. Mark - 3 out of 5 stars - I had mixed feelings about "The world needs your magic" sweatshirt. While I loved the message it conveyed, the overall design and fit were not that great. The sweatshirt felt too boxy and unflattering on me, and the colors were not as vibrant as they appeared in the product photos. It's an okay sweatshirt, but not something I would purchase again.
