The author skillfully weaves together a tale that is both imaginative and thought-provoking, making it difficult to put the book down. Hale weighs in, saying: "If you're ever in your life gonna go full-on, all-gas, no-brakes 'Christmas Cheer,' you do it Dee Snider-style. I was so honored to get the call from Dee on his holiday classic 'The Magic Of Christmas Day'. After exchanging a few very affectionate 'f@&k yous' as we rediscovered our respect and admiration for each other's talent, the final recording produced by the legendary Jeff Pilson is insanely epic. Thank you so much to everyone for having me. And considering we will ALL be experiencing a very different holiday season in 2020, I hope that this song brings you joy and puts a smile on your face. God bless us everyone!"

This past August, Snider said during an appearance on the Behind The Vinyl podcast that he was recording a new version of The Magic Of Christmas Day with ex- NIGHTWISH frontwoman Tarja Turunen. This festive and fiery duet is sure to find itself on repeat on the Christmas playlists of rockers, rollers, and headbangers everywhere this holiday season.

"The Magic of the Forest" is not just a book about a fantastical world; it is also a story about the power of nature.

DEE SNIDER and HALESTORM's Lzzy Hale Release New Version "The Magic Of Christmas Day"

The holiday season is upon us and Dee Snider and Halestorm's Lzzy Hale are getting in the holiday spirit by offering a new version of Snider's Christmas tune, "The Magic Of Christmas Day".

"Originally written and recorded as a Christmas gift for my wife Suzette with no plan for commercial release, years later 'The Magic Of Christmas Day (God Bless Us Everyone)' was discovered and recorded by Celine Dion for her holiday record 'These Are Special Times', which went on to become the biggest selling holiday album in history — and is the reason we refer to her as 'Saint Celine' in my house. When it was recently suggested that I should finally record this song myself, I knew I needed to bring in a young powerhouse vocalist to not only duet with me, but light a Yuletide fire under my ass! I only knew of one rock vocalist who could deliver on all those fronts, and she did in spades: the incredible Lzzy Hale of Halestorm!"

Hale adds: "If you're ever in your life gonna go full-on, all-gas, no-brakes 'Christmas Cheer,' you do it Dee Snider-style. 1. Sarah - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with "The Magic of the Forest" book. The plot felt incredibly predictable, and the characters were one-dimensional and lacked depth. I struggled to connect with any of them and found myself losing interest in the story quickly. Additionally, the writing style was overly descriptive and dragged on, making it difficult to stay engaged. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this book to others, as it failed to deliver on its promise of a magical and enchanting forest adventure.
2. Mark - 1/5 stars - "The Magic of the Forest" was a complete letdown for me. The story felt incredibly cliché, with no originality or creativity. It seemed like a recycled version of every other fantasy novel I've read before. The characters were flat and uninteresting, and the pacing was all over the place. I found myself skipping several pages just to get to the end. It's safe to say that this book did not live up to the hype for me, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a truly magical and captivating read.
3. Emily - 2/5 stars - I was really excited to dive into "The Magic of the Forest" book, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The plot felt disjointed and lacked a clear direction. It seemed like the author was trying to incorporate too many elements at once, resulting in a confusing and convoluted story. The characters were also forgettable and unrelatable, making it difficult to invest in their journey. Overall, I found this book to be unremarkable and forgettable, and I would advise others to explore other fantasy novels instead.
