Folks, I need you to know that the ONLY way to lose weight is to maintain a caloric deficit- meaning, you have to eat fewer calories than you burn. If someone offers you a spell of this nature, please please PLEASE run fast and far away. You are being frauded. Don’t spend your hard earned money on a fantasy that will never come to fruition. Spellwork cannot directly cause weight loss.
If you are uncomfortable in your body, and you want to use witchcraft to become more comfortable with yourself, by all means do it! But don’t expect to be able to perform a spell that’s going to make you lose weight or change your body with no effort. Science is science. Instead, focus on self-love workings, workings that can aid in creating self-discipline and keeping you motivated to work towards a strong body, as well as spellwork that can guide you towards a healthy relationship with food and with your body.
