Mike Shannon has been in radio since the early ’80s, working his way up from stations at Northeastern University and Emerson College in my hometown of Boston, MA to his first professional gig at the city’s only commercial urban contemporary radio station. I also didn't notice any magical effects like increased energy or improved digestion. Overall, it was a letdown and I wouldn't purchase it again.
