The Mascot is one of the newer wine labels from the famed Harlan family, but this time. it's the younger Will Harlan! Although Will Harlan grew up running around the winery, hand-turning de-stemmers, and eating grapes off the vines in his family's backyard, he never quite thought he'd become a winemaker. About The Winery

Cleo Pahlmeyer, daughter of Napa Valley's Jayson Pahlmeyer, came up with the idea to produce a stand-alone brand from the Wayfarer Vineyard on the Sonoma coast in 2012. According to the St. Helena Star, "then-Pahlmeyer winemaker Helen Turley had called the property the destined 'La Tache of California,' referring to the blessed grand cru in Burgundy." Pahlmeyer teamed up with winemaker Bibiana González Rave, formerly of Lynmar, on this project.

Reviews for "Fall in love with the luxurious flavors of Mascot's pecan and caramel milk chocolate clusters"

- John - 2/5 - I was really disappointed with these pecan and caramel clusters. The caramel was overly sweet and sticky, and it completely overwhelmed the flavor of the pecans. I also found the chocolate to be average at best, with a strange aftertaste. Overall, I wouldn't recommend these clusters if you're looking for a balanced and enjoyable treat.
- Sarah - 1/5 - I have to say, I was highly disappointed with the pecan and caramel clusters by Mascot. The pecans were stale and lacked any crunch, and the caramel was way too sugary, almost to the point of being inedible. The milk chocolate coating was also not up to par, as it had a strange artificial taste. I'm usually a fan of pecan and caramel treats, but this one missed the mark completely.
- David - 2/5 - I was not impressed with these pecan and caramel clusters. The ratio of pecans to caramel and chocolate was off, with very few pecans in each cluster. The caramel was too runny, making the clusters really messy to eat. The milk chocolate also lacked depth of flavor and felt cheap. I won't be purchasing these again.
- Lisa - 3/5 - While I didn't hate these pecan and caramel clusters by Mascot, I can't say I loved them either. The caramel was too sticky and chewy, making it difficult to eat. The pecans lacked freshness and had a slightly rancid taste. The milk chocolate was okay, but nothing to write home about. Overall, it was a mediocre treat that I won't be repurchasing.
