The costume looks cheap and poorly made, and the overall design feels outdated. It's hard to get excited and rally behind a mascot that looks more like a mediocre Halloween costume than a symbol of school pride. N.C. State should consider reevaluating their mascot and come up with something more compelling and visually appealing.
2. John - 1/5 - The N.C. State mascot is simply embarrassing. It's supposed to represent the spirit and energy of the university, but it falls completely short. The costume looks ridiculous, with oversized eyes and cartoonish features that make it hard to take seriously. It's as if they designed the mascot for a children's birthday party rather than a college athletic event. I can't help but cringe every time I see it on the sidelines. N.C. State needs to ditch this embarrassment of a mascot and find something more worthy of their school.

State wants to create a real sense of pride and enthusiasm among their fans, they need to reconsider their current mascot and come up with something more captivating and engaging.
