1. John - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the "Mr magic toilet." The advertised features did not live up to my expectations. The flushing power was weak and it took multiple flushes to clear the bowl properly. Additionally, the self-cleaning function was not effective at all. I still had to scrub the bowl manually to remove stains. Overall, I regret buying this product as it did not provide the convenience and efficiency I was looking for in a toilet.
2. Sarah - 1 star - The "Mr magic toilet" was a complete waste of money for me. Firstly, the installation process was a nightmare. The instructions were unclear and I had to hire a professional to assemble it properly. Once it was set up, I realized that the toilet seat was extremely uncomfortable. It was hard and cold, causing discomfort during use. Moreover, the automatic lid feature was faulty and would randomly close while I was still on the toilet! I had to constantly keep my foot near the sensor to prevent it from happening. I would not recommend this toilet to anyone.
