This isn’t an easy post to make so I’m just going to get right into it. Lately I’ve been noticing an influx of questions and requests regarding the concept of weight loss spells- how to perform them, what is needed for them, why folks WL spells aren’t working, etc etc.
It’s time for a reality check- weight loss spells as most people think of them do not exist. There is no spell that can be performed that will directly cause you to lose weight. As in, it’s not possible to perform a spell that will have you wake up one morning having dropped pounds without doing anything. Folks, I need you to know that the ONLY way to lose weight is to maintain a caloric deficit- meaning, you have to eat fewer calories than you burn. If someone offers you a spell of this nature, please please PLEASE run fast and far away. You are being frauded. Don’t spend your hard earned money on a fantasy that will never come to fruition. Spellwork cannot directly cause weight loss.
If you are uncomfortable in your body, and you want to use witchcraft to become more comfortable with yourself, by all means do it! But don’t expect to be able to perform a spell that’s going to make you lose weight or change your body with no effort. Science is science. Instead, focus on self-love workings, workings that can aid in creating self-discipline and keeping you motivated to work towards a strong body, as well as spellwork that can guide you towards a healthy relationship with food and with your body.
I am so so sorry to anyone who has been frauded by offerings of miraculous weight loss spells. You are not stupid or gullible, it’s despicable when people intentionally exploit common insecurities for personal gain.
