Wax Melt Subscription Box by Teddy Eva Scents | Review
If you have read my blog for a while now you will know just how much I love candles, wax melts and home scents. Honestly there isn’t a room in the house that doesn’t have a plug in or a burner or candles which are lit daily! I find the scents last way longer than air freshener and they don’t seem to feel as heavy in the air.
I was recently given the opportunity to review a new subscription service by Teddy Eva Scents. As you may have gathered the company is named after the children in the family, a lot of businesses do this and I admit it’s super cute (…my handmade clothing store was Sweet Evangeline after my then newborn who is now 10!).
Wax melts are to be used in a melting pot or wax burner, either with a little tealight underneath or the kind you get that you can plug in. I have the plug in kind and found that the wax melted very gently and gave a great scent throw.

1. John - 2 stars - I was very disappointed with my stay at Magic Reef Bungalows. The property itself was run down and in need of renovation. The bathroom was dirty and smelled musty, and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were also unfriendly and gave off a bad vibe. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
2. Sarah - 1 star - Magic Reef Bungalows was a complete letdown. The pictures on their website are very misleading. The bungalows are old and rundown, with broken furniture and outdated amenities. The beachfront location is nice, but the beach itself was full of debris and not well maintained. The management did not seem interested in addressing our concerns and were unapologetic when we expressed our disappointment. Avoid this place if you're looking for a pleasant stay in Rarotonga.
3. Michael - 2 stars - I had high hopes for Magic Reef Bungalows, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The room was lacking in cleanliness, and there were stains on the sheets and towels. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and didn't work most of the time. The noise from nearby construction was also quite disruptive during the day. The only redeeming quality was the beautiful sunsets from the beach, but that alone isn't enough to make up for the other shortcomings of this place.
4. Emily - 1 star - My experience at Magic Reef Bungalows was nothing short of a nightmare. The bungalow we were given had a strong odor of mold, and no efforts were made by the staff to rectify the issue. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent, making it impossible to have a decent shower. On top of that, the staff were unprofessional and seemed indifferent to our concerns. Save yourself the misery and choose a different accommodation option in Rarotonga.
