I had a terrible experience at Magix Shoe Repair. I brought in a pair of heels that needed the heels to be repaired. However, when I picked them up, I noticed that they had done a poor job. The heels were still uneven, and they had even put some sort of glue on the back of the shoe that left behind a sticky residue. When I complained to the staff, they were rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone in need of shoe repairs.

I had high hopes for Magix Shoe Repair after reading some positive reviews, but I was quite disappointed with the service I received. I brought in a pair of boots that needed new soles, but when I picked them up, I noticed that the soles were not properly attached. In fact, one of the soles was already starting to come off. I had to take them back and ask for them to be fixed again. The staff seemed annoyed and did not apologize for the inconvenience. I will not be returning to Magix Shoe Repair.

I recently took a pair of leather shoes to Magix Shoe Repair to have them resoled. Not only did they take longer than promised to complete the job, but when I got my shoes back, they had scratches and scuff marks all over them. It was clear that they had not taken proper care of my shoes while working on them. When I complained to the manager, he was dismissive and refused to take any responsibility for the damage. I will never go back to Magix Shoe Repair and I advise others to steer clear as well.

I decided to give Magix Shoe Repair a try since it was conveniently located near my home. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with their service. I brought in a pair of boots that needed new zippers, and when I picked them up, I noticed that the zippers were not properly installed. They were also quite stiff and difficult to zip up. The staff was unapologetic and did not offer any solutions to fix the issue. I was disappointed with the quality of their work and will not be returning.
