Q. How do I connect my magicbox after I have received it?
- Locate any telephone outlet/jack in your home
- Plug my magicbox into telephone jack with supplied short telephone cord. The cord can be plugged into any of the two plugs in my magicbox. If you do not have a unused telephone jack, you can use the second phone plug in my magicbox to connect your phone as well
- Connect my magicbox to the included power supply, and plug the power supply to the a power outlet.
- Green light should turn on and stay lit.
Q. Is there a monthly fee for using my magicbox?
A. NO. If you are paying a monthly fee now to your existing long distance company, you can certainly cancel their service.
