I had a terrible experience at Magic Nails Greta Falla. Not only did they do a poor job on my nails, but the customer service was also horrendous. The salon was chaotic and dirty, and the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. They rushed through the whole process and didn't take the time to listen to what I wanted. My nails ended up looking messy and uneven. I will never go back to this salon again.
