The nails are fine, they’re not amazing especially for the prices they charge. Very over priced for bad work. The first time I went the lady didn’t even prep my nails, she just did the acrylics and my nails were falling off like a week after I got them. I went back to get a refill and she cut them super super short when I asked her to make them a LITTLE bit shorter, then she told me it would cost 60$ for her to redo them, I laughed let her do my nails short and they came out extremely ugly. Made an appointment for 6:00pm. arrived at 5:55pm and was asked to wait in my car. I waited in my car for 30 minutes. This was the second time this happened. Very unhappy that even after politely expressing concerns about my nails, I still had to leave super unsatisfied with crappy looking nails that weren’t worth the price at all. Had my First Mani/Pedi today and couldn’t be happier. The shop is clean , COVID guidelines are followed. Staff is warm and friendly and they do a fantastic job! I definitely will be back!

Couldn’t careless that every time I’ve been they’ve made my cuticles bleed and had me so sketched that i brought my OWN dip. Made an appointment with my daughter, they took two later times appointments. I’ve been three times without my daughter and twice with. Every time I bring her they are atrociously rude. We are originally from Worcester and will be returning to our home salon 45 mins away. Wouldn’t advise bringing kids.
