The cost of standard delivery is $15 + $0.5 for every pound of the bouquet. The cost of express 24 hours dleivery is is $19 + $0.5 for every pound of the bouquet.
Delivery of flowers to remote villages might require hiring transportation from a regional center, please note that it might be expensive. We will confirm that a delivery is possible and provide a custom quote for every such delivery. The extra cost of standard (within 72 hours) delivery is $1 per 1 km of distance from the closest big town (if necessary and after your approval).
Cancellation and Refund policyYou can cancel your order prior to the delivery, $15 cancellation fee applies to your payment, balance is refunded to your cc or authorization voided.
You can return or exchange only non-perishable items within 21 days of payment, as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resellable condition.
20% restocking fee applies to return of non-perishable items. Your balance will be refunded to your preferred method of payment, delivery charge is not refunded.
