1. Samantha - 2 stars - I hired Magi cleaning group to clean my apartment but was very disappointed with their service. First of all, they arrived late and didn't even provide an apology. Secondly, they rushed through the cleaning without paying attention to details. There were still dust and dirt in corners and under furniture. Finally, they didn't bring their own cleaning supplies as advertised and asked to use mine. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Magi cleaning group for their lack of professionalism and subpar cleaning job.
2. Mike - 1 star - Terrible experience with Magi cleaning group. They claimed to offer deep clean services, but it was anything but deep. The cleaners missed so many spots, and it felt like they were in a hurry to finish the job. They also left behind streaks on my windows and mirrors. When I complained, they didn't offer to come back and fix it, just brushed it off. It was a waste of money and I would not use them again.
3. Emily - 2 stars - I was not impressed with Magi cleaning group. They were supposed to clean my entire house, but they only seemed to focus on the visible areas and neglected other important spaces like behind the appliances and under the furniture. Additionally, they didn't take the time to properly wipe down surfaces, leaving behind streaks and smudges. The lack of attention to detail was disappointing, and I won't be using their services again.
4. David - 1 star - Magi cleaning group was a complete letdown. They arrived two hours late without any prior notice or apology. Throughout the cleaning process, they were careless and negligent. They even broke one of my vases and didn't take the responsibility for it. The cleaners didn't seem properly trained or experienced, and I had to spend additional time fixing the cleaning mistakes they made. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Avoid at all costs.
5. Jessica - 2 stars - I had high expectations for Magi cleaning group, but they failed to meet them. Their cleaning service was average at best. They didn't pay attention to detail and missed several areas, such as dusty corners and dirty baseboards. The overall result was mediocre and not worth the price I paid. I won't be using their services again and wouldn't recommend them to others looking for a thorough and reliable cleaning.
