1. Jennifer - 2/5 - I was really disappointed with the Mackenzie Childs Spell Hat. While it looked cute in the pictures, the actual product was poorly made. The hat was lopsided and the stitching was coming loose in several places. It also didn't fit well and kept slipping off my head. I expected better quality for the price I paid. Overall, I would not recommend this product.
2. Mark - 1/5 - I purchased the Mackenzie Childs Spell Hat as a Halloween costume accessory, and I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality. The hat arrived damaged, with a large rip on the brim. Additionally, the hat was much smaller than expected, barely fitting on my head. The material felt cheap and flimsy, and overall, it did not look as good as it did in the pictures online. I definitely regret this purchase and would not recommend it to others.

I found myself readjusting it constantly throughout the day. Considering its high price, I expected better quality and durability.
