It's not as complicated as it may seem and can be a unique addition to your wardrobe or Halloween costume. To start, gather the materials you'll need. You'll need some black craft foam or felt, a cardboard circle for the brim, a cone-shaped object (such as a Styrofoam cone or even a party hat!) for the hat's body, a hot glue gun, scissors, and any additional decorations you'd like to add. Next, determine the height you want for your hat and trim the cone-shaped object to your desired size. Once you have your brim and hat body prepared, it's time to assemble them. Apply hot glue to the outer rim of the brim and carefully attach it to the bottom of the cone-shaped body.

I was really disappointed with the Homecrafted small witch hat. The quality was extremely poor and the hat was flimsy and poorly constructed. The materials used looked cheap and it didn't even fit properly. It definitely wasn't worth the price and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a cute and well-made witch hat.
