Reviews for "Hocus Pocus 2: The Witch is Back, and She's More Magical than Ever"

- Jane - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with "Hocus pocus the witch is back". The movie felt like a cheap cash grab, trying to capitalize on the success of the original. The storyline was weak and predictable, with none of the charm and magic that made the first movie so enjoyable. The performances were also lackluster, with the actors just going through the motions. Overall, it was a major letdown and I would not recommend wasting your time on this sequel.
- Michael - 1 star - "Hocus pocus the witch is back" was a complete disaster. The humor fell flat, the characters were annoying, and the dialogue was cringeworthy. It felt like the filmmakers were trying to recreate the magic of the original, but it only resulted in a painful viewing experience. The special effects were also poorly done, making it hard to suspend disbelief and get invested in the story. I couldn't wait for it to be over.
- Sarah - 2 stars - As a fan of the original "Hocus pocus", I was really excited for the sequel. However, "Hocus pocus the witch is back" just didn't live up to my expectations. The new characters were underdeveloped and uninteresting, and the returning cast members seemed to lack the same energy and chemistry they had in the first movie. The plot was convoluted and the pacing was all over the place. It felt like they were trying to cram too much into the movie, resulting in a disjointed and unsatisfying experience. I would recommend rewatching the original instead.
