I was really disappointed with my experience with Dr. D Diaz Pagan. First of all, the office staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not make me feel welcome at all. Secondly, the wait time was ridiculous. I waited for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before being seen by the doctor. When Dr. Diaz Pagan finally arrived, I found them to be rushed and not attentive to my needs. Overall, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
