Rune full helm
The rune full helm is currently the best full helmet available to non-members. To wear this helmet, the player needs at least 40 Defence. A rune full helm can be obtained from monster drops, as a treasure trail reward, via the Smithing skill, or by trading with another player. Free players may get rune full helms as drops from greater demons, ogress warriors, and Obor, or by smithing. This is among the most common rune item dropped, along with rune arrows, scimitars, and medium helms.
Rune full helms are preferred over rune med helms in almost all circumstances; the only reason a rune med helm would be used in place of the full helm variety is if the player is low on funds and cannot afford the additional outlay.
To create a rune full helm, the player needs at least level 92 Smithing, a hammer and two rune bars. Smithing a rune full helm on an anvil grants 150 Smithing experience.

I found "Cassandra with doll" to be incredibly dull and uninteresting. The plot was slow and lacked any real depth or excitement. The characters were also very one-dimensional, with no real development or growth throughout the entire story. Overall, I was highly disappointed and don't understand the praise this book has received.

"Cassandra with doll" was a difficult book for me to get into. The pacing was extremely slow, making it hard for me to stay engaged in the story. Additionally, I didn't feel a connection with any of the characters, which made it hard for me to care about what happened to them. The writing style was also quite dense and filled with unnecessary descriptions and details. I was disappointed by the overall lack of excitement and depth in this book.
