An initial review of the CCTV footage confirmed that the man leaned over the railing of his cabin's balcony and fall into the water at ~4:10 am Florida time (~8:10 UTC). According to the USCG's press release on May 31st, the massive operation (search grid 5171 mi2 / 13390 km2) took 2,5 days (~60 hours). It was conducted by USCGC Escanaba (1987-built Cutter) assisted by 3x search and rescue aircraft dispatched from different CG Air Stations - 2x Lockheed HC-130 (long-range aircraft, one from Clearwater FL/Florida, and one from Elizabeth City NC/North Carolina) and 1x EADS HC-144 Ocean Sentry (medium-range aircraft, from Miami FL/Florida).

The brawl (captured on phone video by a bystander) showed only one security guard who was radioing for backup.

The USCG dispatched a boat from Staten Island to escort the vessel to the Manhattan Cruise Terminal's Pier 88 (dock), where it was met by NYPD officers. Reviews for "Awe-Inspiring Moments: Witness the Magic of Carnival"

1. Jane - 2/5 - I must admit, I was not impressed with the Carnival magic happenings. The supposed "magic" performances were underwhelming and lacked any real sense of wonder or amazement. The tricks were predictable, and I could easily see how they were done. The overall atmosphere was also quite lackluster, as the performers seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn't recommend this show to others.
2. Mark - 1/5 - As a fan of magic shows, I was excited to attend the Carnival magic happenings. However, I was utterly let down by the performances. The tricks were nothing special and could be easily replicated with a basic magic kit. The performers themselves seemed unskilled and unprofessional, making the whole experience feel amateurish. I was expecting a magical and captivating show, but this was far from it. Save your money and look for a better magic show elsewhere.
3. Sarah - 2/5 - I attended the Carnival magic happenings with high expectations, but sadly, they were not met. The tricks were overly simplistic and lacked any wow factor. It felt like I was watching a magician's practice session rather than a professional performance. The lack of creativity and originality was evident throughout the show. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on this lackluster magic show. There are much better options out there.
