One popular Halloween decoration is the witch. The witch has long been associated with Halloween and is often depicted as a scary and mysterious figure. People use witches as a Halloween decor to create an eerie and mystical atmosphere in their homes. From broomsticks to cauldrons, witches bring a sense of magic and fantasy to Halloween decorations.

Magic square 6z6

From broomsticks to cauldrons, witches bring a sense of magic and fantasy to Halloween decorations. Whether they are hanging from trees, placed on front lawns, or displayed inside the house, witches add an element of fun and intrigue to any Halloween display. Many people even choose to dress up as witches themselves, further adding to the overall Halloween spirit.

Constructing a magic square

I am currently learning about magic squares and I want to construct a magic square. How do I construct a 6-by-6 or a 7-by-7 filled magic square, using the integers 0 to 35 or 0 to 48.

$\begingroup$ @servabat Yes, there are. Put a $0$ on an $1\times 1$ square. Or take any magic square and choose any number $n$ in it. Substract $n$ to every number in square, and you will obtain another magic square that has a $0$. $\endgroup$

$\begingroup$ @ajotatxe : Well, if you put $0$ in $1 \times 1$ square, the sum is equal to $0$ and not $1 = \frac<1(1^2 + 1)>$ (the magic sum). Maybe haven't we the same definition of magic squares then. $\endgroup$

$\begingroup$ @servabat I think taht we are working with different definitions of magic squares. My conditions are that every row, column and diagonal add up the same number. You add the condition of that the numbers must be from $1$ to $n^2$. $\endgroup$

$\begingroup$ @ajotatxe : Well, indeed, I was actually quite stupid, if you substract $1$ in any row of a magic square with numbers from $1$ to $n^2$ you get a magic square with numbers from $0$ to $n^2 - 1$ of magic sum $\frac - 3$ I guess. $\endgroup$
