I have never been more disappointed in a car rental company than I was with Avalon Magic Cars. From the moment we walked in, we were met with rude and unhelpful staff. The car we were given was dirty and smelled like smoke, even though we had requested a non-smoking vehicle. Not only that, but the car broke down on us halfway through our trip, leaving us stranded on the side of the road for hours. Overall, the experience was a complete waste of money and time. I would strongly advise against renting from Avalon Magic Cars.
