All they did is suggest that I buy another product from them. Nope, I wasn't going to take that $25 risk. In the end (after I think reading somewhere that the Magicezy product could be cleaned up with acetone) I went to the local pharmacy, and bought a cheap ($2.50) bottle of gloss black nail varnish, and applied that on top of the matt Magicezy surface. The result isn't toooooo bad. If you didn't know there was damage there, then you probably wouldn't notice. I do know it's there, so I do notice. But it's no longer a biggie.
