What is The Curse of Oak Island about?

According to the show’s description, Oak Island is a tree-covered island on the south shore of Nova Scotia that has intrigued treasure hunters for more than 200 years. It is believed that the island is hiding one of the greatest treasures of all time, but no one has been able to find it.

Enter Rick and Marty Lagina, brothers from Michigan who have bought the rights to much of the island to try to solve the mystery.

The two use modern technology and good old American know-how to look for the treasure. But it won’t be easy as the search is expensive and dangerous -- several people have died trying to strike it rich on Oak Island, inspiring the titular curse.

The Laginas hope to avoid the curse long enough to find the treasure before they run out of money. or worse.

Reviews for "The Legacy of Aubie: How Auburn Tigers' Mascot Has Shaped the Fan Experience"

1. John - 1 out of 5 stars: I was really disappointed with the Auburn Tigers team mascot. First of all, the costume looked cheap and poorly made. It didn't even resemble a tiger accurately. The overall performance was lackluster and unenthusiastic. The mascot didn't interact much with the crowd or engage in any entertaining activities. It seemed like the person inside the costume was just going through the motions. I expected much more from the Auburn Tigers and their representation on the field.
2. Lisa - 2 out of 5 stars: The Auburn Tigers team mascot was a letdown for me. While the mascot made appearances during the game, it seemed like it was more of a distraction than an asset. The costume design was outdated and could definitely use an upgrade. Additionally, the movements and gestures of the mascot were clumsy and not well-coordinated. I think the Auburn Tigers could benefit from reevaluating their mascot and investing in a better-quality costume and a performer who can truly embody the spirit of their team.
3. Robert - 3 out of 5 stars: As a fan of the Auburn Tigers, I expected more from their team mascot. While the design of the mascot costume was decent, the overall performance and energy felt lacking. The mascot didn't engage with the spectators as much as I had hoped, and it seemed like the performer inside the costume was just going through the motions. I think the Auburn Tigers could benefit from a more enthusiastic and charismatic mascot to truly rally the crowd and boost team spirit.
4. Sarah - 2 out of 5 stars: The Auburn Tigers team mascot was underwhelming. The costume was not very impressive, and it didn't create much excitement among the audience. The mascot's movements were stiff and robotic, lacking the fluidity and energy that I have seen in other mascots at college sporting events. It felt like a missed opportunity for the team to create a strong presence and interact with the fans in a more engaging way. I hope the Auburn Tigers consider making improvements to their mascot to truly enhance the game day experience.
5. Michael - 2 out of 5 stars: I wasn't impressed with the Auburn Tigers team mascot. The costume was outdated and appeared worn out. The performer seemed disengaged and didn't put much effort into connecting with the crowd. The overall performance felt lackluster, and it didn't add much to the game day experience. I think the Auburn Tigers could benefit from investing in a more entertaining and enthusiastic mascot that can truly elevate the team's spirit and engage the fans.
