Moxie Girlz Magic Swim Mermaid Review

The Moxie Girlz™ are imagining themselves as sparkling, magical mermaids! Product Features: First Moxie Girlz mermaid doll; Only doll that magically swims like a mermaid when placed in water. MY THOUGHTS:

The Moxie Girlz Magic Swim Mermaid doll is such a fun doll! She is a regular sized doll but after adding two AA batteries, she swims in the water! Now we have only tried this in the bathtub but I think this doll is going to be a lot of fun in the pool this summer! She swims on her side, back and even flips her tail around when sitting in the water. There are two contacts in the back of her that once exposed to water she’s off swimming! There is no on/off button to mess with and she doesn’t make any sounds, other than the slight sound from her tail moving. I think Olivia is going to go crazy when she sees this doll swimming around her in the pool. Even now my boys (3 and 5) were amazed by it in the bathtub! To dry out I leave her up on the shower ledge for now. We have only used her a few times so I can’t say how she will last but so far so good! It is weird to immerse something with batteries in water but her back seems to seal pretty tight, which is where the batteries are stored.

Reviews for "A Journey through Time and Magic: Exploring the Plot of the Amulet Book Series"

1. Sarah - 2 stars - I found the "Amulet" book series to be extremely confusing and hard to follow. The storyline jumped around too much, making it difficult to keep track of the characters and their motivations. Additionally, I felt that the plot was lacking depth and substance. The world-building felt half-baked and the magic system was not explained well. Overall, I was disappointed with this series and would not recommend it to others.
2. John - 1 star - The "Amulet" book series was a major letdown for me. The characters were flat and uninteresting, and I found it hard to care about their journey. The writing style lacked depth and the dialogue felt forced. The plot was predictable and lacked any real surprises or twists. I also found the pacing to be off, with some parts dragging on while others felt rushed. Overall, I would not recommend this series to anyone.
3. Emily - 2 stars - I had high hopes for the "Amulet" book series, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The story felt contrived and lacked originality. It seemed to borrow heavily from other popular fantasy series, without bringing anything new or unique to the table. The characters were underdeveloped and lacked depth, making it difficult to connect with them on an emotional level. The series had potential, but it failed to deliver in my opinion. I would not recommend it.
