Reviews for "Stay in a kingdom of magic at The Magic Castle Inn and Suites"

1. John - 2/5 stars - I was incredibly disappointed with my stay at The Magic Castle Inn and Suites. The rooms were dirty and outdated, with old carpeting that smelled musty. The bathroom was in desperate need of remodeling, with mold and mildew on the tiles. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and when I complained about the condition of my room, they brushed me off and failed to address any of my concerns. I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.
2. Sarah - 1/5 stars - The Magic Castle Inn and Suites was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room I was given had a broken AC unit, and after complaining multiple times, no action was taken to fix it. The sheets were stained and the bathroom had a foul smell. The noise level was also unbearable, with loud guests and thin walls. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, and the lack of response from the staff regarding the issues only added to my frustration. Save yourself the disappointment and find another place to stay.
3. Michael - 2/5 stars - My experience at The Magic Castle Inn and Suites was far from magical. The advertised amenities were either non-existent or in poor condition. The pool was dirty and not properly maintained, and the advertised breakfast was nothing more than some pre-packaged muffins and stale coffee. The location of the hotel was also not ideal, with a lot of noise from nearby construction and traffic. The room itself was mediocre at best, with uncomfortable beds and outdated furniture. I expected more for the price I paid and would not choose to stay here again.
