Update on 2/21/09.
I never found any instructions but managed with DW's help to get it apart.
We cleaned up the blade but found it was rough on the surface (probably just years of mineral corrosion).
Ordered parts and hope I can get it back together when they arrive.

I have the parts diagrams (found in the manuals on the Thetford Site), I would just like to have some disassembly instructions to help in replacing the blade and blade seal.

As for the seal, just hold the blade open and change it. Lubricate it w/ a little vaseline. Just don't drop it in the tank

With the cost of a blade being less than the cost of Shipping and Handling I thought I would just get both the seal and the blade in the same order. I DID use vaseline on the blade and believe that is what contributed to the rubber seal becoming seriously warped and wavy. I will use silicone spray on the new one.
The PDF file (thanks O) does show how easy it is to replace the seal but I would like to get instructions on how to replace the blade. I know, I should be able to figure it out from the parts diagram but I am also "mechanically challenged".
