Magic Tree House #29 is a book in the popular children's book series written by Mary Pope Osborne. The series follows the adventures of Jack and Annie, two siblings who discover a magical tree house that allows them to travel through time and space. In this particular book, Jack and Annie are transported back to ancient Greece during the Olympic games. As they arrive in Olympia, Jack and Annie meet a young girl named Lila who dreams of winning an Olympic gold medal in running. I love this journal it is a wonderful mindfulness experience to keep you grounded throughout the day. The new artwork every page makes me excited to use it and color in a new scene everyday. I have recommended it to so many friends that are struggling to get their tasks done.

I gave the side quest deck to a friend who was/is having some trouble feeling like herself. She’s a busy mom with a full time job and I wanted to give her something that would help her feel productive and help find herself again. The story telling is very cute (without pandering) and the structure is simple enough to not get overwhelmed or dissuaded from using it. I adore this deck. Most of the activities are relatively small and simple, but very supportive of mental and physical health. The pictures are really cute, quotes on each card are a nice touch, and the cards are high quality material that will last a long time. Each week, I draw one card and add the activity to my planner. Great First Impression and Motivation! Although I just received a Hero's Journal I am very impressed with the materials and depth of thought that was out into this journal.
