All the shifting back and forth weaves together to make a beautiful picture with a singular theme to move forward from trauma, one must look toward their unchangeable past and clear-eyed into an uncertain future. This volume of Spy Family sets a stark contrast to previous entries, even forgoing its usual chair motif to show young Loid perched on war-torn debris.
The group encounters various obstacles along the way but manages to overcome them with teamwork and friendship. One of the highlights of this VHS is the catchy and memorable songs. Children can sing along with Elmo and his friends as they navigate through the Halloween adventure.

1. Emily - 2/5 - As a long-time fan of Sesame Street, I was really disappointed with "Sesame Street: A Magical Halloween Adventure" on VHS. The storyline was weak and lacked the usual educational content that I love about the show. Instead, it focused mostly on Halloween-themed skits and costumes. While I understand the holiday theme is important, I felt that they could have incorporated more lessons or educational aspects into the episodes. Overall, it fell short of my expectations as a parent and a viewer.
2. Michael - 1/5 - I found "Sesame Street: A Magical Halloween Adventure" on VHS to be a complete waste of time and money. The entire tape seemed like a marketing ploy to sell merchandise rather than provide any meaningful content. The songs and segments were forgettable and failed to capture my child's attention like other Sesame Street episodes. Moreover, the quality of the animation and graphics was subpar. I expected something more engaging and educational from Sesame Street, but this VHS fell flat.
