One popular Christmas tradition is decorating a Christmas tree. Families all over the world bring a tree into their homes and adorn it with various ornaments and lights. It is a magical and festive activity that brings joy and warmth to the holiday season. One item that can add an extra touch of magic to a Christmas tree is a magic wand. This whimsical accessory can be placed among the branches and used as a decorative element. The wand can be adorned with glitter, ribbons, or even small ornaments to match the overall theme of the tree.

Full Harvest Moon Ritual

The Harvest Moon is the Full Moon closest to the Fall Equinox, also known as the Sabbat, Mabon! Just as the leaves are changing, we too, are preparing for transformation from the summer months. A time to release, reset and ignite the fire within!

Join High Priestess Reverend Karyn Williams for a Full Harvest Moon Ritual . We will meet under the dark of night, surrounded by candlelight. You will learn how to formally cast and protect a circle with quarter calls, using specific tools.

Spell work will include crafts for your personal altars! All supplies are provided. The altar is the heart of sacred space. It’s the seat of worship, where you lay out the sacred tools, call the Gods, make offerings and perform your magical workings. In Wicca—particularly Solitary Wicca—the altar is a very personal place. You’re not sharing one with an entire community; it’s meant as a place for private communion with your Gods and celebrating the sacred.

Prayer, education and a burning bowl ritual is also included. Handouts are included. We will release all that no longer serves us, making room for our new intentions for the coming season! The evening will conclude with a traditional bread breaking ritual to keep you rooted and grounded.

Our full moon rituals are the easiest way to get a glimpse into what transpires in a traditional coven meeting without the commitment. Our circles are open to all; so pull up a broom and join us! Karyn shares intimate tidbits from her grandmother’s Book of Shadows as take homes for your own books!

You must sign up in advance to ensure supplies.

It can remind us of the magic and wonder that can be found during this special time of year. Just like in fairy tales, the wand can bring a sense of wonder and excitement to the Christmas tree, creating a magical atmosphere in the room. Children, in particular, will be fascinated by the addition of a magic wand to the tree. It can spark their imagination and make them believe in the possibility of magic. They can pretend to be wizards or fairies, waving the wand and making their Christmas wishes come true. In addition to its decorative purpose, the magic wand can also be used as a fun accessory for gift-giving. It can be placed near the presents under the tree, adding a touch of whimsy and anticipation. Children can use the wand as a prop while opening their presents, pretending to cast spells or make their wishes come true. Overall, a magic wand is a delightful addition to any Christmas tree. It adds an element of enchantment and brings joy to both children and adults alike. Whether used purely for decorative purposes or as a prop for imaginative play, the magic wand can help create a truly memorable and magical Christmas experience..
