One day, Jack was sent to the market to sell their only cow, but on the way, he encountered a strange old man. The old man claimed to have magical beans that would bring fortune and prosperity. Intrigued, Jack offered his cow in exchange for the beans. His mother was furious when she found out, throwing the beans out of the window in anger.

Magic Puzzle Company: Partnership with Target, Silencing of Critical Backers
I just wanted to post about my experience with Magic Puzzle Company, a project successfully funded in June of this year.
Things seemed to be going well despite some drama along the way, until a few weeks ago, when backers started reporting they were seeing the puzzles in Target stores before all backers had puzzles in hand.
Magic Puzzle Company has not addressed this, and instead, is refunding pledges of those that are asking for updates or trying to converse with other backers regarding the issues going on so that we can no longer comment or interact with the campaign in any way.
I received no explanation as to why my pledge was cancelled at around midnight last night. I said nothing that was even remotely out of line, I merely expressed criticism, offered thoughts as to what is going on, and pointed out things that didn't make sense where applicable.
I had received a form message the previous day that was condescending telling me I "seemed unhappy" and implying that we were only unhappy because we didn't have our packages yet. They have completely ignored that the reason backers are upset is that Target shoppers have puzzles before we do when the campaign made it seem like these might never make it to retail so backing was imperative to making sure we got the product if we liked it. This message offered me a refund and I did not even respond, and my comments will show I even outright stated I did not want a refund, I just wanted more transparency.
There are other backers in the comments being straight up nasty to those that are upset, but none of their pledges have been refunded, likely due to the fact that they are being supportive to the company and that makes them okay.
I just want to warn other backers- apparently being at all critical may be grounds for having your pledge cancelled. I never expected something like this would happen. I would be happy to provide photos of all of my comments if anyone would like to see the content, I thought they were very tame and very much in the realm of a concerned backer trying to ask for a response from the campaign creator about such terrible communication.
I have reached out both to them directly, and to Kickstarter. I don't think this type of behavior is okay, and I want others to be aware of it. If you are a backer of this campaign, consider posting a comment letting other backers know that they are doing this, because I no longer can.
Edit 10/22/2020: it has been brought to my attention this post is finally getting some notice on the KS comments- no matter how they may change their strategy going forward, let it be known this did happen, this is/was true at the time of writing, and if they try to claim otherwise I and seemingly many others can disprove it. In the end, Jack truly learned the value of taking risks and not underestimating the power of the seemingly ordinary. And Puss, the magical cat, proved to be an unwavering friend and ally in Jack's adventure. Their story became a tale of bravery and triumph, passed down through generations, reminding people of the incredible things that can happen when one believes in magic..

I was really disappointed with "Puss in boobs magic beans". The movie felt cheaply made and lacked any substance. The story was convoluted and didn't make much sense, and the characters were poorly developed. The humor was also extremely crude and juvenile, which I didn't find funny at all. Overall, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on this film.

I honestly couldn't bear watching "Puss in boobs magic beans". It was one of the worst movies I have ever seen. The acting was atrocious, and the dialogue was cringe-worthy. The whole concept of the movie was just absurd, and it seemed like the filmmakers were trying way too hard to be edgy and provocative. I regretted every minute I spent watching this mess and would advise others to avoid it at all costs.

"Puss in boobs magic beans" was a major letdown for me. The title itself should have been a warning sign, but I thought it might be a quirky and entertaining film. However, it turned out to be tasteless and lacked any real substance. The jokes were mostly offensive and relied on cheap shock value, rather than clever wit or humor. I couldn't connect with any of the characters and found myself feeling bored and uninterested throughout the entire film. Definitely not my cup of tea.

I don't understand how anyone could find "Puss in boobs magic beans" entertaining. It was a complete waste of time and money. The plot was nonsensical, and the acting was cringeworthy. The dialogue was poorly written, and the attempts at humor were just sad. This movie was a clear attempt at pandering to the lowest common denominator, and it failed miserably. I strongly advise against watching this film unless you enjoy wasting your time on terrible movies.
