May is a great month for holidays. With the arrival of spring, the weather starts to warm up and the flowers start to bloom, creating a beautiful atmosphere for a vacation. One popular holiday destination in May is Europe. Many countries in Europe experience mild and pleasant weather during this time, making it ideal for outdoor activities and sightseeing. Popular cities like Paris, Rome, and Barcelona are bustling with tourists who want to explore the rich culture and history of these places. The warmer weather also allows for visits to famous landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower or the Colosseum.
The shortness of the game felt a bit of a missed opportunity as to me, the floor/ceiling gameplay mechanic could be explored and experimented with more to create truly crazy (and challenging) levels. Wendy is far from a hard game (the hard mode included), and the concepts are gradually introduced without the need of any text. The music is catchy, but not great enough to stick around, even though some levels use recycled versions. In-between stages, a short broomstick flying session keeps you on your toes and has you collecting more stars. The more enemies you manage to zap with your wand, the higher the score. These sections feel a bit like a Schmup, which is a nice change of pacing.
It was the first time I actually saw the cartridge, and a quick GameValueNow check made the decision easier the cartridge on average fetches for about 89 nowadays. The unique premise of this game compared to other platformers is the fact that Wendy herself can flip during a jump, sticking to the ceiling, avoiding pits and all manner of sharp objects among the way.
The warmer weather also allows for visits to famous landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower or the Colosseum. Another popular holiday option in May is beach destinations. For those looking to relax and soak up the sun, tropical destinations like the Maldives or Bali are perfect choices.

Passwords are located in plaintext at 0x305CC . They are prefixed by what seems to a be a byte for the game mode ( 01 = Normal, 02 = Hard, although the first stage is prefixed 00 ). This is followed by a unique identifier for each stage, skipping 04 , 08 , 0C and 11 . These skipped values are most likely the bonus stages which occur after each world. Following the pattern, 10 should be skipped instead of 11 , but this is used for the test level documented on the main article; thus the world 4 bonus level is the skipped 11 . The 20 identifier is reserved for the "Super Code" which is shown after the end credits and begins a new game in Normal mode with Wendy's wand permanently full-powered. For some reason, the last three passwords are repeated.
