1. Carla - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the Nsgical perfecting base face primer. I have dry skin and was hoping this primer would help hydrate and smooth my skin before applying makeup. However, it did the opposite. It made my skin feel even drier and left a weird residue on my face. It also didn't do much to extend the longevity of my makeup. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this primer to anyone with dry skin.
